Buy Back & Exchange Policy

We offer a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy on all purchases* made from Jewelanaire. The product, along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange based on its current market value, with deductions towards making charges, taxes, and Rs. 999 towards processing charges.

If you received any discount or free gift during your purchase, the original discount amount or free gift value will be deducted, as applicable.

Lifetime Exchange

If you choose to exchange your product, the value of the exchanged item will be credited to your Jewelanaire account. You can use this credit to purchase any other product. This credit amount is not encashable.

Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Jewelanaire shall not be accepted. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to modify the value of the product after providing justification.

Lifetime Buy-Back

If you choose to return the product for buy-back, the value will be paid via bank transfer within 15 business days after receipt of the product.

Shipping and Insurance

Shipping and insurance to the customer's address is borne by Jewelanaire. Reverse shipping is scheduled by us and is covered in the Rs. 999/- processing charge applicable at the time of Return, Buyback, or Exchange.

Changes in Policies

Jewelanaire reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. We recommend reviewing them frequently. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on www.jewelanaire.com.
